7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us at info@miimemiime.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

After this period, your order may already have entered the fulfillment process, and cancellation before shipment may not be possible.

This cancellation window does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or any other rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is important to us.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To initiate a return, please contact info@miimemiime.com with your order number and return request.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the item back.

Direct return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard change-of-mind returns, provided this information was communicated before purchase.

Items may be inspected and tried on as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Cancellation Policy.
